Welcome to the website of Sultan Spa. These Terms of Use, along with the additional provisions outlined below, regulate how you use our online shop as well as the terms and conditions for online payments. By using our website, you agree to these terms. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a reservation or purchase.
I. GENERAL TERMS OF USE
Sultan Spa provides its services online under clearly defined terms. By using this website, you agree to all the stated terms, and Sultan Spa reserves the right to modify them at any time without prior notice.
II. CREDIT CARD PURCHASE SECURITY STATEMENT
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using latest TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.
Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel
III. PERSONAL DATA GATHERING AND PROTECTION STATEMENT
We are committed to protecting our customers’ personal data by collecting only the essential basic information necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We inform our customers about how the collected data is used and regularly provide them with options regarding the use of their information, including the possibility to have their name omitted from marketing lists. All user data is strictly guarded and is available only to employees who need that information to perform their duties. All our employees and business partners are obligated to adhere to the principles of confidentiality protection.
IV. TERMS OF PURCHASE
These terms establish the process of ordering, payment, service execution, and the procedure for handling complaints regarding services offered through this website.
Ordering:
The customer orders services by completing the online reservation form on our website. By ordering a service, the customer confirms that all required information has been entered accurately and truthfully. All prices are quoted in Bosnian Convertible Mark (KM) including VAT. Depending on the website settings, prices may also be displayed in euros.
Payment:
Payment for the ordered services is made online using credit cards (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa) via a secure payment platform (Monri Payment Gateway) that utilizes the security programs Visa Secure and MasterCard IdentityCheck. A confirmation of the successful transaction is sent to the customer via email, and Sultan Spa does not store credit card data
Service Execution:
Once the customer completes the payment and confirms the reservation, Sultan Spa will arrange for the execution of the reserved service at the agreed time. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and remains available for further communication regarding the reservation.
Complaints:
If the service is not provided as described or if technical issues occur, the customer must notify Sultan Spa within 4 (four) business days from the date the service was rendered. After reviewing the complaint, the customer may be offered a replacement service or a refund, at our discretion. The customer is not entitled to a refund if the complaint is not submitted within the specified period. We do not offer refunds for online payments. Vouchers are valid until the service is used at the spa and do not have any other expiration period.
Copyright Protection:
All content, including texts, images, graphics, and the website design, is the property of Sultan Spa and is protected by law. The customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without authorization.
General:
Sultan Spa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms with each reservation or purchase. Costs associated with accessing the website (such as internet or telephone expenses) are not covered by Sultan Spa. While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee that the services will always be error-free.

UVJETI KORIŠTENJA
Dobrodošli na web stranicu Sultan Spa. Ovi Uvjeti korištenja, zajedno s dodatnim odredbama navedenim u nastavku, reguliraju način na koji koristite naš online shop te način i uvjete plaćanja putem interneta. Korištenjem naše stranice prihvaćate sve navedene uvjete. Preporučujemo da ih pažljivo pročitate prije nego što izvršite rezervaciju ili kupovinu.
I. OPĆI UVJETI KORIŠTENJA
Sultan Spa pruža svoje usluge putem interneta uz jasno definirane uvjete. Korištenjem ove stranice prihvaćate sve navedene uvjete, a Sultan Spa zadržava pravo izmjene istih u bilo kojem trenutku bez prethodne najave.
II. SIGURNOST PLAĆANJA KREDITNIM KARTICAMA
Tajnost Vaših podataka je zaštićena i osigurana korištenjem posljednje verzije TLS enkripcije. Stranice za naplatu putem interneta osigurane su korištenjem Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protokola sa 128-bitnom enkripcijom podataka. SSL enkripcija je postupak šifriranja podataka radi sprječavanja neovlaštenog pristupa prilikom njihovog prijenosa.
Time je omogućen siguran prijenos informacija te onemogućen nedozvoljen pristup podacima prilikom komunikacije između korisnikovog računala i WebPay servisa, te obratno.
WebPay servis i financijske ustanove razmjenjuju podatke uporabom virtualne privatne mreže (VPN), koja je zaštićena od neautoriziranog pristupa.
Monri Payment Gateway je certificiran prema PCI DSS Level 1 sigurnosnom standardu propisanom Visa i Mastercard pravilima.
Trgovac ne pohranjuje brojeve kreditnih kartica i brojevi nisu dostupni neovlaštenim osobama.
III. IZJAVA O ZAŠTITI I PRIKUPLJANJU OSOBNIH PODATAKA
Obavezujemo se pružati zaštitu osobnim podacima naših kupaca prikupljanjem samo nužnih osnovnih podataka potrebnih za ispunjenje naših obaveza. Kupce obavještavamo o načinu korištenja prikupljenih podataka te im redovito dajemo mogućnost izbora u vezi s upotrebom njihovih informacija, uključujući mogućnost da se njihovo ime ukloni s lista za marketinške kampanje. Svi korisnički podaci strogo se čuvaju i dostupni su samo zaposlenicima kojima su ti podaci potrebni za obavljanje posla. Svi naši zaposlenici i poslovni partneri dužni su poštivati načela zaštite privatnosti.
IV. UVJETI KUPOVINE
Ovim uvjetima utvrđuje se postupak naručivanja, plaćanja, izvršenja usluga te postupak reklamacija za usluge ponuđene putem ove web stranice.
Naručivanje:
Kupac naručuje usluge putem elektronskog obrasca rezervacije na našoj web stranici. Naručivanjem usluge, kupac potvrđuje da je unio sve tražene podatke točno i istinito. Sve cijene su izražene u Bosanskoj konvertibilnoj marki (KM) s uračunatim PDV-om. Kupcu može biti omogućeno i prikazivanje cijena u eurima, ovisno o postavkama web stranice.
Plaćanje:
Plaćanje naručenih usluga vrši se online putem kreditnih kartica (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa) korištenjem sigurne platne platforme (Monri Payment Gateway) koja koristi sigurnosne programe Visa Secure i MasterCard IdentityCheck. Potvrda o uspješnoj transakciji šalje se kupcu elektronskom poštom, a Sultan Spa ne pohranjuje podatke o kreditnim karticama.
Izvršenje usluge:
Nakon što kupac izvrši plaćanje i potvrdi rezervaciju, Sultan Spa će organizirati izvršenje rezervirane usluge u dogovorenom terminu. Kupac je dužan osigurati da su podaci koje je naveo točni i da bude dostupan za daljnju komunikaciju u vezi s rezervacijom.
Reklamacije:
U slučaju da usluga nije pružena u skladu s opisom ili se pojave tehnički problemi, kupac je dužan obavijestiti Sultan Spa u roku od 4 (četiri) radna dana od dana izvršenja usluge. Nakon provjere reklamacije, kupcu može biti ponuđena zamjenska usluga ili povrat novca, prema dogovoru. Kupac nema pravo na povrat novca ukoliko reklamacija nije podnesena u navedenom roku. Ne vršimo refundiranje novca za online plaćanja. Vaučeri su validni sve do iskorištenja usluge u spa centru i nemaju drugi rok trajanja
Zaštita autorskih prava:
Svi sadržaji, uključujući tekstove, slike, grafike i dizajn web stranice, vlasništvo su Sultan Spa i zaštićeni su zakonom. Kupac se obvezuje da neće neovlašteno reproducirati, distribuirati ili koristiti sadržaje s ove web stranice.
Općenito:
Sultan Spa zadržava pravo na izmjenu ovih uvjeta u bilo kojem trenutku. Sve promjene stupaju na snagu odmah nakon objave na web stranici. Kupac je dužan provjeravati uvjete prilikom svake rezervacije ili kupovine. Troškovi pristupa web stranici (kao što su troškovi interneta, telefona, itd.) nisu pokriveni od strane Sultan Spa. Iako nastojimo pružiti najbolju moguću uslugu, ne možemo garantirati da će usluge uvijek biti bez grešaka.
